Get to know me

I'm the person who notices the mismatched date in row 400. That instinct serves me on both sides of HR — shaping the policy, and making sure the systems actually reflect it.

I started out in recruitment, then grew into the rest of it: onboarding, benefits, employee relations, terminations, compliance, and training and development. Payroll is the piece I'm building out now. Along the way I've supported teams across North America, LATAM, the EU, and APAC — in tech, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, consulting, and property management. I've done that work both in managed services and in-house.

I'm client and employee-facing at heart — comfortable as the main point of contact across multiple accounts and stakeholders, and used to juggling a high volume of conversations without losing accuracy or responsiveness. It's work I'm genuinely passionate about.
